alright i know yall are going to start cursing me out left and right!!!but to be honest i need help,not nicotein gum,or bullshiet but some wisdom!!!!i'm a victim of katrina(i know itz no excuse)since being stuck in the
storm for a week with my dad i started smoking black and milds,now a few months later,i'm smoking them too much,my weight is about 155lbs,my workouts are greuling,i get the pumps and burns but then i smoke,i'm wondering if the smoking is stopping me from putting on mass??what are the effects of smoking and working out???and what happens if i can quit,how long does it take to get the smoking out of your system?
