Alot of pencil pricks probably like you and alot of ppl here think and expect to get

muscle lifting 8-12 reps like coleman yet find their weights no where near or half

of what they are lifting. And lifting 8-12 reps won't even get you close to lifting

like the pro's compared to 3-6 reps

And so your saying a natural bodybuilder who lifts 8-12 reps has better chest and

bigger chest then a natural powerlifter?????

By the way why you consider even putting your picture. Your not even that big or

that great towards bb. Your typical pencil neck who thinks they know

bodybuilding.

How old are you by the way?? I'm 23 and big three lifts are all close 500. I bet

non of your lifts are even close to that. No wonder why your results suck, 8-12

reps.

Anyways ban me again just drop by to posts this.
LOL Rocky you already banned him, he sent me a cool PM and I was about to ask you to ban him since it mentions you too, then I see he's already gone.

And then to think I asked to un-mod you

wtf? how random was this thread? Do you think maybe he was just on WAY too low carbs and it rattled his brain a little? lol

Makaveli, I read your post, and periodization makes sense to me, it seems like just taking 'muscle confusion' to the next level, as well as avoiding overtraining, boredom or freaking out over starting to plateau.

BiggerthanBig = fat virgin who moves huge weights through 3 per cent ROM, mistakes lard for muscle. Impressive.

Back on track - personally I would aim to do anywhere between 6 - 10 reps using a heavy weight for the majority of your training. This will be most conducive to size gaining when used in a well constructed routine.
