I really dont know very much on what are the best stretch for a body part . should I add then in between sets or after my workout. for after workout do i just stratch the muscle in order that i trained?? or should i a full body stratch on my off days?? as u can see i dont know every much on stretch. but i can answer anything on lifting weights.

normally I do full body stretches before and after I workout. The stretch before is just a quick loosen up stretch. I'll hold each stretch for about 10-12 seconds and only do each stretch once. After I workout I'll do each stretch twice and hold it for 20 seconds. People say not to stretch before b/c it doesn't allow for as powerful of a contraction. Personally, I've tried both and yes the contraction does feel better when I don't stretch but I felt so tight throughout the entire workout.

well i kind of have my own routine i guess when it comes to stretching. i start off w/ shoulders then chest and then back. then i do hamstrings, quads, calves and then finish it off w/ my hips. i do more hip and hamstring stretches than anything else though...

yea, you could also stretch shoulders since shoulders play a role in chest movements
