Is lifting 2 dumbells at the same time the same as lifting a barbell? is it the same reaction? get the same feel?

I see where you are coming from, but the answer is no. Working with a barbell has the benefit of a lateral stabilizing effect between your arms whic dumbbells do not as they are independant of each other. Although you are lifting both at the same time and theoretically the movement is the same, more than likely there will be slight nuances between the way you lift each one due to strengths and weaknesses within each arm.

exactly, more stabilizer involvement, and you can change the line of movement. For example, db press you can bring the dbs together at the top, but your hands are in one spot on the bar for bench press
