Here is my workout routine. Its 7 weeks long, and then you max. Then another 7 weeks then you max. Then another 7 weeks then you max. Then the semester is over. Here is the workout in general. This will not change, however please post what you think. Just a kind of guide to what I do, and might help others out who are looking for a routine to follow.
Just to explain this a little bit more. Week 0 is not mentioned. On week 0 you max. This determines the weight you do during the 7 weeks. For example.
Lets say you benched 200lbs as your last max. You then take that on Week 1, Day 1, and plug it in. 5@75%=150lbs. That means, your first set is 150lbs and you do 5 reps.
