Hello guys, first time posting.

I got few questions:

1) Is it ok to train your abs/traps/forearm everyday?
2) I heard this few times, bodybuilders dont live long?
3)what is a good workout for the V shape back other than deadlift?

Thanks guys,
Scott

1) In my opinion its more beneficial to train forearms & abs 3-4 times a week, with at least a day in between for rest. As for traps once a week is good enough, unless your trying to shock them, in which case try the same thing as with abs and forearms.
2) Im not sure about this, i would assume most bodybuilders that die early would die due to drug useage and stuff like that.
3) The best exercises for the v-taper are anything that increases back width, such as; wide-grip pullups, front pulldowns, wide-grip seated rows, and even to a certain extent barbell or yates rows.

1) No wouldn't recommend that, it's probably possible (just like any other muscle) but I would stay with the more regulars programs and train them twice.

2) Why wouldn't they live long? Still alot of Mr O's alive. Yeah more food --> more free radicals, but wise BB's also eat alot of more anti-oxidants etc. I don't think the diffrence is significant.

3) For with you need big ass Latisimus Dorsi, so any excersize that target those. Laterial delt may also increase your width.

1) No....abs 2-3 times a week is good. Traps once a week and forearms once a week.

2) It's just rumors man. People don't like BB so they start all kinds of crap. Yea, some BB's have died young because they O.D. on steroids or diuretics but other than that no. I mean look at Arnold, hes still alive and well.

3) Any type of row movement and chin ups. Pulldowns are ok but kind of overrated in my opinion.
