OK guys heres the thing i workout constantly and am in great shape, my diet is good, take supplements so on so on i am quite ripped all except a band of fat around lower belly, my upper abs are almost completly ripped but i have a damn bit of fat around lower abs anything i can do to target them? i alreay do cardio bout 8 times a week and it just aint gettting it done any help would be great

cardio 8 times per week? ...as Benny said it is more than likely something in the diet. Other than that just do a moderate walk about 4-5 per week for about 45-60 minutes.

I agree, and as Diesel said! 8 times?! Seems a bit too much to me. That's more than likely hindering your muscle gains.

well im not concerned about being a mass monster like jay or ronnie so that isnt the biggest deal i do like to hold some muscle i take in at least 200 grams of protein a day

but will lower ab work do anything really if i have a little layer of fat over the lower abs?
