my last two workouts ive really had little to no pump...... any reasons why this is? is it just due to lack of intensity or am i lacking something in my diet?

what do you mean by pump? you mean the feeling you get when your muscles are pumped, your blood is flowing and your heart is pumping? I don't think it would have anything to do with your diet unless you're not taking enough carbs and you're getting tired during your workout... more likely your intensity (or lack of) could be your problem as you've already mentioned. Personally I find exercise selection can play a big part as some exercises just don't give me as much "pump" as others so I think you should just experiment with various exercises. Another thing - don't forget to put some emphasis on the eccentric (negative) portion of a movement as these can give a good "pump"!

Good points Mak. What is your rep and set number like also> You may simply not be doing enough to stimulate enough of a pump. Try higher reps for a bit.

higher reps and make sure you diet is up there. I used higher reps recently and it has helped me "feel" like i am doing more in the gym specially with arms.

The pump is the best feeling, what u gotta do is force high weight with high reps.

thats the only way i can do it...at least.
