I always feel so drained and low on energy aftera back workout day.....

feels like it sucks the life force out of me the next day

anyone else notice that?

IMO .. Back and Legs are the most energy draining workouts .. especially after a thickness back day ( Deadz - Bent rows ) i feel like no energy is available in my body

legs destroy me...I never feel like I'm getting a great workout on back, not like I do with everything else. I'm still chasing the mythical 'lat-pump' lol

For me it's leg day without a doubt. I put in some great back workouts but they even seem unworthy of comparison to an average leg day.

I remember a couple months ago my friend saw me at the gym when I was about halfway through my leg workout and he was like "dude, are you okay? you look like you're ready to die!" lol

Leg days by far. I start with squats and usually end up doing 7 sets total counting warmup and omg I'm drained already. Then I realize I still have leg press and hack squat along with hammies. So Legs no doubt, I can barely press the clutch in after I workout legs. Today is leg day for me as well, I love leg day.

Leg's it is! Nothing is more draining than a day of Heavy Squats, Heavy Leg Press and Heavy SLDL! At second place comes Back day with Deadlifts, BB Bent Rows and DB Rows.
