Legs: u can have big quads/legs without squat flex wheeler proved that

chest: u donīt need a big bench to have a big chest. that is a proof i mean look at bob cicerilloīs chest

back:deadlifts no need for them. just an injury prone exercise

u can do this but itīs all of an ego exercises and injury prone exercises

are u serious ??!! .. i don't mined those who claimed about the core exersice are just an stiuped exersice .. just look at ronnie .. the man is just doing the basics .. and he's Mr O .. he didn't do any additional exersice or any fancy equipments .. lifting heavy in all exersice that u mentioned above ..

Maxmonster i agree with u bro, and anybody that doesnt is an ego lifter and doesnt know it bro. Dont be upset if u get hated on for his thread bro just keep the ifo that u know and keep it to yourself man bc people are gonna think your crazy, ME, i think u know how to train bro, bc i do the same thing bro. Your correct flex wheeler is proof that u can have huge legs with out squat. Im happy u posted this bc i think im gonna train legs 2 times a week now bro on eday with squat the other with out.

i agree with max as well... alot of bb's dont do flat bench, hell flat bench isnt even as good for pectoral development as Inlline presses of any kind or even flat DB presses. Squats are great no doubt but Flex Wheeler did not squat and neither did Dorian Yates after injury and both had great wheels. Deads i do belive are AMAZING for developing a thick back but ive seen great backs that didnt deadlift as well. Muscle size is directly related to how you work and break down the muscle, how one wants to go about doing that is thier own business. All those compound lifts are great Esp deads but you do not abosolutely HAVE to do them to build a great physique

Sorry to all members who contribute with good intelligent logic, knowledge of training paramaters, and phsyiology, but im really getting fed up of all the BS advice here lately. If you are going to make these kind of posts, take it to the teen section on bodybuilding.com

Look at pro bodybuilders, what is the different between them and the majority of the rest of dedicated bodybuilders, GENETICS AND DRUGS. Say it a hundred times people, GENETICS and DRUGS. Flex Wheeler could grow off of mowing lawns. Anybody who looks at what the pros do is a moron. Look at any of the top amatuer/natural bodybuilders, they all concentrate on the core lifts (squats, deads etc) are all strong as a forklift.

So take your pick, if you think doing tricep extensions with the pink dumbells is working for you, great, but ill be in the Power Rack squatting, deadlifting, and most of all, growing.
