Sorry to all members who contribute with good intelligent logic, knowledge of training paramaters, and phsyiology, but im really getting fed up of all the BS advice here lately. If you are going to make these kind of posts, take it to the teen section on bodybuilding.com
Look at pro bodybuilders, what is the different between them and the majority of the rest of dedicated bodybuilders, GENETICS AND DRUGS. Say it a hundred times people, GENETICS and DRUGS. Flex Wheeler could grow off of mowing lawns. Anybody who looks at what the pros do is a moron. Look at any of the top amatuer/natural bodybuilders, they all concentrate on the core lifts (squats, deads etc) are all strong as a forklift.
So take your pick, if you think doing tricep extensions with the pink dumbells is working for you, great, but ill be in the Power Rack squatting, deadlifting, and most of all, growing.
