most people can give themselves 100% for 8 or 9 exercises, and seek up more volume with relatively "lower" intensity, then going for 1 set per muscle group all out till failure.
It's a nice method for a change sometime, but i didn't do it longer then 3 months, it's too stressfull on the body if you go all out like written out in the "new HIT" book by dr darden. |
