You can train the upper side specific by doing inclines.

You can't do specific training for the inside of your chest. I bet other are gonna say baldibaldibla flyes, but you simply can't.

Jorn, can you or someone else explain how to perform this exercise for me? I'd like to give it a try

As Jorn said, doing incline work will allow your upper pecs to grow because there are two distinct pectoral muscles, one being "upper" pecs. However, growing the inside of your chest is a matter of a couple things, all genetically related:

-Some people just simply can't get this part of their chest to grow for a couple different genetic reasons. While some are predisposed to just not fill out their inner chest due to lower fiber concentration, others have pectoral muscles that attach farther apart in the middle.

Take the bottom of David Henry's chest for example:

It's not that David doesn't have a fully developed chest, it's just that his points of origin (sorry if it's insertion, been a little while since I've had anatomy) for his chest muscles are farther apart. This problem can not be fixed.

The lucky few can develop full inner pecs by simply, over time, developing their chest to a point that this area eventually fills in and grows with time.

It's a mix between repition and dymanic effort. You go to the highest tower in a 10mile radius and go to the roof. Then you jump of it and try to flye like a bird! Try to get in as many reps as you can, and believe me, when you're done with the set, you're never gonna whine about your chest develepment anymore!

Keep us updated!
