From the corner of the gym where the BIG men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty-fives, A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees. Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack Chalking his hands and monstrous back, said, "Boy, stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, The trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN'." — DALE CLARK, 1983

Go look at Westside techniques. They do doubles and triples for 10sets and do ME and DE days. Good way to stack in strength.

pick up the April issue of Flex magazine. they have a big article with Ed Coan and if you know anything about Ed Coan hes basically a god in powerlifting. he has a great strength routine in the article. other than that do what tim said, check out westside barbell. theres a lot more to powerlifting than simply lowering your reps....

Going to look at the Westside barbell, and pick up that issue on flex.
