i seen johnnie doing it with his deadlifts and i wanted to try soemthing different than 3 sets 6-8 like i was previously doing
so im doing that for all exercises in my routine now - focusing purely on almost nothing but compound exercises
plus using the rest pause "weider" training principle just want to see where it can take me

well ok 5 by 5 is pretty useless unless from what i understand, that you need to increase weights each set
so ur doing the SAME reps but increasing weights each set
say i am bench pressing-
first and second set i get 5 easy
3rd set is a bit harder so i do 3 reps- put the weight back - rest for 15 to 30 seconds pick it back up and do the last 2 reps
4th set do 2 reps then put it back up (cause u cant do anymore) rest for 30 seconds do 2 more (rest then) and then do your last one

and set 5 you may get 2 reps again, put it up and rest then do one more rest one more rest and then do ur last rep

does this make sense to you?
if you're still confused then have a look in my training log ive recently been typing my workouts up with this training fashion
that - from what i understand to be - is rest pause training :)

Your routine looks good Pure Natural. Compound exercises and clearly working on specific related muscles each workout! Nice!

MORON!

No, just kidding bro, we went there before!

Looks good to me.

Personally I'm more a fan of HFT and hitting bodyparts multiple times a week, but 5x5 is a solid routine expecially for strength raises.

Cool bedsheat btw

Other then that I would change some excersizes, to ones I like and think are better.
