Well this would explain how you've built those massive, god-like appendages of yours that you call arms!
Anyways, as far as my workout goes, it was probably this from this past summer. I'll list my weights used but it's not that much so be gentle guys
It was a very hot day and I was training in my old highschool's field house which is like a cinderblock cave with no air conditioning. After warming up, I started by supersetting front squats with squats. Since I'd be going lighter than regular squat weight because I was doing the fronts so my goal was do fronts first, then do 2x the amount of reps when I do my regular squats. So I started with 135lbs and did about 12 & 24, then 185 for 10 & 20, then 225 for 8 & 16, then 275 for 6 & 12 reps.
From there I put two 100lb plates on each side of the leg press and did one-legged presses for 10-12 with each leg, then to finish off each set by pressing with both legs for another 10-12.
Next I did leg extensions, don't remember the weight so I guess that's sort of uneventful lol. I then did parking lot lunges with 95lbs on my back outside in the heat. Three sets up and back about twelve parking spaces. I hobbled back into the gym and did leg curls both lying and standing for four sets each until failure.
That's it, and I'm not in any way of claiming to be a tough guy or anything, but my legs felt like rubber after the leg presses, let alone the lunges. Probably because I was used to doing lower reps and now I was doing much higher rep-ranges in the sweltering heat. I was just proud of myself that I didn't get sick (somehow) and I was even more proud of that deep burn I had in my legs for the next week, as uncomfortable as it was.
Obviously I do not do this kind of thing often by any means but every once in awhile for a shock, nothing's better than going in there and slaughtering yourself
