I'm just getting into BB, and wasn't sure what the best course of action was. Currently, I'm about 25 pounds heavier than I want to be (It's not muscle). Is it better to hit the cardio hard now and lose this weight, then start bulking, or would it be better to just start lifting hard now?

I've changed my diet, and I'm eating clean now. I'm just not sure what the focus of my training should be at this point. Any thoughts, ideas, or advice would be appreciated. Thanks-
