alright so i've been lifting every other day here since the begining of the year. i've been taking my multi vitamin, cell mass creatine,
NO-Xplode and
true mass weight gainer. In football the first week or so was hard and i was getting a good work out that left me soar and feeling like i made gains after. but since we've been lifting with it for awhile i just dont get the same feeling anymore. now i try to lift monday with football, tuesday openlift, thursday football, friday football, and sunday openlift. I get all around lifts all these days except thursdays upperbody only and fridays lower body only. i feel the soarness while i'm lifting and while i'm at the gym but when i head home and take everything i dont feel it anymore. is lifting my schedule 5 days a week bad or is it ok to keep doing since im taking the supplements i am?
