alright so i've been lifting every other day here since the begining of the year. i've been taking my multi vitamin, cell mass creatine, NO-Xplode and true mass weight gainer. In football the first week or so was hard and i was getting a good work out that left me soar and feeling like i made gains after. but since we've been lifting with it for awhile i just dont get the same feeling anymore. now i try to lift monday with football, tuesday openlift, thursday football, friday football, and sunday openlift. I get all around lifts all these days except thursdays upperbody only and fridays lower body only. i feel the soarness while i'm lifting and while i'm at the gym but when i head home and take everything i dont feel it anymore. is lifting my schedule 5 days a week bad or is it ok to keep doing since im taking the supplements i am?

What do you mean your not feeling it anymore? Your not feeling the suppliments? Or the gains? After a while I took no-explode i started to get use to it so I had to up the scoops. Football practice is pretty intense..not as intense as wrestling but it's close. All that weight training and cardio your probly just burning yourself out. Eat more & don't depend on the suppliments. Talk to your coach about how you should be eating and I bet you'll start feeling better. Trust me...i've done 18 mile hikes with packs and weapons proper fuel & hydration is everything.

After a while your body will get used to training so it will become harder to make gains and feel sore the next day. There are a number of things to consider:

1. Are you training with intensity? You have to train progressively harder to make smaller gains as time goes on.

2. You may be overtraining - all that football and lifting too. Lifting 3 times per week should be fine if you are getting quality rest in between sessions.

3. You may need a programme change. If you have reached a plateua try a new split, or different rep & set range, or different exercises entirely!

Might be worth looking at! Good luck man!
