If you belong to the gym, talk to one of the trainers and I'm sure they'll be able to help you or at least guide you in the right direction. Unfortunately most places will probably charge for what's called a "body analysis" or something along those lines. Therefore, if it's not crucial you have an exact percentage I would just go by how you look in the mirror in order to gauge your goals. Some nutrition/health stores sell homemade kits where you can try it yourself but I'm not sure exactly how accurate they are. I would just ask around people you know or trainers and see what they say, and as stated before, unless you're overly concerned with an exact number, just go by how you look. |
