Guys I got a question.......I currently am a sophmore playing division II college football as a strong safety. 5'11'' 215 and the coach is moving me to outside linebacker except I am expected to move up to around 230. I have always been into bodybuilding and as soon as im done playin ball i expect to dedicate all of my workouts to gaining mass. Anyway we have our lifting tests a month from now and i need to know how to increase my lifts drastically by then. i seem to have hit a wall. 365 bench, 455 squat, 295 hang clean. Any tips? Without steriods cause i will get tested.

Bro I got no idea about what your talking about American Football, I am Aussie who played Rugby.
What you are looking for is located in the training section, alot depends on your diet and possibly supplementation.
There are many many different theory on strength training.

If you've hit a plateaus then a change is what is required, even if it's just a short term technique before going back to your current training routine.
As Ruel says, too many to mention: 5 x 5, 54321, rest pause, supersets, up or lower the reps. Chesk out the training section, there's loads of ideas there.

BTW your current numbers are damn impressive!

Agreed.

Without explaining why, shorter rest periods build bigger muscle (20 secs and you cant say it doesnt work, look at Rob Thoburns pics), longer rest periods build more strength. Then of course there is the macros of you diet. Protein consumption (3rd pic is Dave G). Dave Gulledge, power lifter who weighed 320 pounds a year ago, in this picture after cutting he is at 265, all while eating over 480+ grams of protein a day.

Pic of Dave before eating proper macros. What a difference eating can make on your build. To many people will never get a decent build because they have an average activity level yet believe their diet must be 5000 cals and think you have to do mad cardio to be lean. Not true.
