How degree of angle do your legs have to be (Provide a picture if possible?)

From the corner of the gym where the BIG men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty-fives, A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees. Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack Chalking his hands and monstrous back, said, "Boy, stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, The trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN'." — DALE CLARK, 1983

my guess for "Coleman Squats" is probably not locking out...the constant tension principle. as far as depth, you want to go down to the point where your legs are parallel to the ground. i never go past parallel b/c its hell on the joints and hitting parallel hits the quads a lot more than past parallel.

when it comes to not locking out in squats make sure your balance is really good. i have good balance but it took me 2-3 weeks to get used to not locking out.

Alright I found a full squat LINK: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...FullSquat.html
http://www.exrx.net/AnimatedEx/Quadr...BFullSquat.gif

Then I found box squats LINK: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/schultz22.htm
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/schultz22.jpg

They are two different types one looking alot easier then another. I have been doing a little bit farther then a box squat I guess and not sure if I can do a full squat without falling backwards. ShouldI continue with box squats until I increase my balance?
