Depends on where u place ur hands on the EZ bar. Inside grip works the outside of ur bi's and the wider grip works the inside.
What's ur split now?

mon chest/bis/abs
tu legs
thu back/traps
fri shoulders/tris

with my split i just wann switch things up. i know that doing tris two days before chest isnt that smart.

for the EZ i was going to do them wide bc i going to do hammers. later..

i think the ez bar stresses the outer part of your biceps.

as for the training split, thats up to you man. i believe in switching things up. so if its been a while since youve changed your workout scheme go ahead and try it. i think that if you have been on a certain program for a while then a change will probably result in some new gains.

I believe that the EZ bar can be less stressful on the wrists for some people too.

Your new split looks pretty good to me. And doing tris with 2 days of rest sounds about as good as anyone is gonna get really! Looks fine! Good luck with it man!

well i do barbell curls and then i use the ez bar to do preacher curls and i'm liking the pump. the 2 on 1 off is a good split, i would recommend, cause its been working good for me!

I think you should be alright. Looking at your split you are leaving sufficient rest between muscles and secondary muscles so training heavy with this split shouldn't lead to overtraining, providing you aren't doing too many sets and exercises within the actual sessions themselves.
