i think that is nt 225 ,,i seem its somewhat hard from his face.. what u think? and in that photo he says in his book thas 450 but i doubt that

yeah, it looks like his doing 170 to 180 kg....those are plates of 25 kg.

r u sure i see on it number 45 which means it 20 kilos? if its 180 or 200 he s pretty strong

can't see the amount of weight in the third pic with the bicep curls, but it doesn't look like much, it could be from a drop set or something

oh yeah! your right! i was wrong...i thought that 4 was a 2...my mistake. you're right, those are plates of 456lbs=20.4kg. so he's benching about 360lbs=163kg.
Not as much as 400lbs, but still heavy :-D....i would be suprise if it was less than 120kg, by looking at his huge chest!
