I am having a mini contest with my friend he thinks hes bigger than me but i don't know in 3 months we will have that contest. Whats the best cardio like running? when do i do it for how longt twice a day to get ripped 30 minutes morning 30 minutes afternoon u decide pelase help i wana get ripped

and how much gym training time? my friend does 1 hour and a half in the morning and one hour and a half int he afternoon and 2hours and a half doing gym wtf ... how do i get better gains than him whats the best way to get quick gains :(.

Get your diet in order first, don't put it on cardio to do the job or you be dissapointed. Don't starve yourself, eat right.

If it's size you're after, then limit your cardio to twice per week for about 20-30mins of medium intensity stuff. As Simply Iron says - sort out your diet. A good amount of carbs and protein in every meal (about 6 a day) and lift heavy compound exercises for no more than 90mins each session. And I'd start with a 1on, 1off split to see what your recovery ability is like. If you're gaining like this than stick at it for a while.
