If it's size you're after, then limit your cardio to twice per week for about 20-30mins of medium intensity stuff. As Simply Iron says - sort out your diet. A good amount of carbs and protein in every meal (about 6 a day) and lift heavy compound exercises for no more than 90mins each session.
