Whats the single best bicep workout for building a peak on your bicep?

cool..... that is currently in my bicep routine. i do them with a cambered bar now but was wondering if i could get a better workout doing them with dumbells instead.
im gonna try it next bicep routine.

none, bicep peaks are genetical. Look at someone like Kevin Levrone, huge arms but no peak on his biceps. Ronnie Coleman and Markus Ruhl are monsters with genetics that display awesome bicep-peaks.

A muscle is like a guitarstring, the whole string either vibrates or does nothing. You can't hit a specific spot on your muscle fibers to get a bicep peak. You can still build monsterarms and the "peak" will look better as the arms get bigger.

You could do a lot of reverse curls do build up the brachialis, which will help with the peak, but thats about it.

preacher curls with an EZ bar..... one arm curl and incline curls.

incline dumbell curls but as said
nothing u can do will make you magilly grow a peak
you can help it but only to some extent

yeah i know nuthin is gonna magiclly make them grow i know it is going to take hard work and lots of food and rest. just wanted to know which workouts helps with the peak......

High cable curls slow and controlled squeeze for a second or 2 at the top. Great peaking exercise, but u have to have some size already, it just helps peak what youve already got. Stick with 10-12 reps also

spider curls work for me, though you can only work with what you've got genetically.
