LOL, Pain!

I don't buy into all of this at all. It seems like he's just carelessly throwing around medical concepts in order to scare people...some of it might be true, but I'd be curious to hear what hdogg has to say about this...something's fishy

Just another "body wrecking" exercise to add to the list along with smith squats, upright rows, 45 degree leg press, behind the head pressing and behind head lat pulldowns that work for coutless people but are dangerous (along with most exercises) if you are pre-disposed to injury in that area or use shoddy form and too much weight.

I haven't read it, but judging from your responses it can't be happy news, let's have a look!

Edit: Still safer then drugs!

I'm with Lineski and Tonkin on this.
Danielsson seems to be doing flyes using only the chest & bicep apparently !
Although it's not a compound exercise I would expect to get support from the lats in lowering the bells, unless they're too heavy. i don't currently do 'em but I'd suggest the guy check out how the pro's do it before printing articles.
As for the rotator cuff exercise, I haven't seen that one looks very odd.
The one I used required lying with your back on the floor.

Not that much, he just made fun of the fact, that EVEVRY excersize seems to be dangerous. Some people have reported upright rows lead to shoulder problems for them.
