When cardio?

People say its best to do cardio in the morning? if iw ant to get lean quick how long and what exericse and what type of day do i do?

yes, in the morning on an empty stomach is best - in fact you can burn up to 3 times more fat than at other times during the day because this is when your glycogen stores are depleted and your body utilises it's fat stores... 2-3 times a week, 20 mins a session is good to start with and you may want to bump it up as you go. Light running (jogging), power walking, clycling, skip-rope, rowing and stepping are all good low-intensity cardio exercises. any day is fine

I disagree, the whole you will burn 2-3 times more fat is really an old wives tale and isnt that simple.

Best cardio for cutting?

So what would you think is the best time to do cardio? 5 pm after food?
