Awesome stuff man. I agree with the intensity.I'n doing 2 main sets at the mo, but I've a feeling I'm gonna knock it back to 1 again soon as it's damn tough work when you're training so intense.

^^
Yeah know what u mean Rocky I couldn'y even imagine doing a second set at the moment with the way I'm trainning. But I find it is extremely motivational doing 1 set of exercise infrequently because when you go to the Gym you know that you have 1 chance to spark the growth so u give all ur energy into the workout. I am literally progressing each work out in weight and reps so I'm really happy

Good for you man! Glad it;s working. I agree entirely with the way you view the one exercise-one set mindset. Just makes a whole lot of difference psycholigically and you can push further than if you thought yuou had to go through the agony for another set.

^^ Thanks Rocky

Here is the next trainning Cycle.
Dumbell laterals 15kg 5 + 2... Preexhaust to
Machine reverse laterals 50kg 5 + 2 +2 +3 negatives + 1 negative
Standing barbell curls 45kg 4 + 2 + 3neegatives + 1 negative
Triceps pressdowns pre exhaust 50kg 6 + 2 negatives + 2 Negatives + 1 negative
to dips 3 + 3Negatives + 1 negatives.

Well I'm spent at still improving workout to workout. Found shoulders tough it's amazing what diff 2.5kg can make when lifting.
* Forgot my headphones today. (so must remember to bring them because I need Hardcore music to motivate me)

Intense session man. How come you do iso movements like laterals instead of the bigger pressing movements?

^^ Front head of my shoulders out balance my deltoids. So concentrating on just laterals helps plus when I bench my front heads get hammered due to the slow movement. It's the same with traps if I did military presses and uprightrows I would be all traps and front head deltoid.

Hey Peanut yes I need x ray vision but lucky it's summer now and the clothes the uni chicks wear at the Gym are see through anyway. So lets just say I have all the motivation there :)
