I'm BACK at it again! I've been back in the gym after about a month and a few weeks off. I slowly started to workout again, but didn't post my stuff. I joined a new gym Diesel Fitness...pretty damn good for the Bay Area...
Chest
DB Flat bench: 70x12, 80x10, 100x10,. 110x8, 110x7
DB Incline Bench: 75x0, 85x10, 90x8, 95x5, 95x4
ISO Machine Bench Press: 90x12, 180x7, 140x10, 160x8, 160x8
Cable Cross overs: 50x10, 50x10, 60x9, 60x8, 70x7
I hate how I've lost my strength...but I know it will be back pretty soon.
