Oh yeah...taking a knee on the rifle range for that solid week sucks so much balls...your calfs and feet go numb. They always told us "pain is weakness leaving the body", that's probly why i'm stuborn about workout pains.

hahaha, kneeing down on the hard floor in the barricks all day has to be worse than that. Or going back and forth grabbing your gun all day or grabbing your book bag and holding it out in front of you all day as well.

SHOULDERS
BB Smith Press: 135x15, 185x10, 225x8, 185x10, 135x10
DB rear raises: 40x12, 45x10, 50x8, 55x6 55x6
Seated DB side raises: 30x12, 35x10, 40x8, 45x6, 45x6
Machine side raises: 110x12, 125x10, 125x10, 125x9, 125x8

Kept it light....but still got a good workout

I went to a chiropractor after work and got a 60min deep tissue massage..my back feels 10x better....i suggest this to anyone with any kinds of pain.

yep, looks like a good workout to me... but dam u guys who all have machine side raises - one peice of equipment i want that we don't have. I know what you mean about a back massage man, i used to go to physio for 3 months coz of my lower back injury and after a good massage the pain would just disappear

I like to hit the rear delts hard, i'm aiming for well capped shoulders.

BACK

Wide Cable pull downs: 140x12, 170x10, 200x8, 230x6, 260x4, 170x12
Lat pull overs: 90x15, 180x10, 230x8, 270x5, 180x12
T-Bar rows: 90x12, 135x10, 180x7, 205x3, 90x12
Machine lower iso rows: 90x12, 135x10, 180x8, 205x4, 90x12

Staying off my lower back still. Just got some flax seed pills today....going to see how it helps.
