06:10 - Whey + milk.
10:00 - 1 packet crisps, 1 apple, 2 cheese and gurkin sandwiches, 1 stick horse meat with mustard + water.
14:30 - Chicken, rice,
peas, double twix bar, 1 packet crisps, lucazade tabs + water.
19:30 - Chicken, rice, peas, single twix bar, 1 apple + water.
23:30 - cheese and tomato pizza, milk + water.
