Hey my name is Steven, from London.

Been training about two years now. Started at 105lbs currently around 126lbs. My heaviest has been at 133lbs but lost some weight becuase of not keeping up with my training. I am 5'4". Low bodyfat.

Currently training for a amateur natural junior show late this year.

Now will have this log for my daily diet and I will record everything i eat and the times at which i do. My goal is to put on weight; preferably muscle weight.

My diet will be full of crap food but I have a fast metabolism so I need to.

Here is an old photo of me a few months ago when i was 133lbs so you get the idea of my body-type:

Busy day work and travelling.

06:10 - Whey + milk.

10:00 - 1 packet crisps, 1 apple, 2 cheese and gurkin sandwiches, 1 stick horse meat with mustard + water.

14:30 - Chicken, rice, peas, double twix bar, 1 packet crisps, lucazade tabs + water.

19:30 - Chicken, rice, peas, single twix bar, 1 apple + water.

23:30 - cheese and tomato pizza, milk + water.

Rocky - Not training at the moment becuase my gym membership ran out and work gets in the way of my training. I hope to get an olympic set of weights and a squat rack soon so i can train in my garden.

Since stopping training I have lost about 6lbs!
It shows me that training s very important to weightgain and keeping it on.

Will be glad to post my training routine once i start lifting properly again but my diet should be my main focus becuase i suck at eating.

Mindstar - I recently went to Austria for a holiday as I'm Austrian and I got some horse meat over their as it is a delicacy there.


14/2/2006

12:30 - Cereal with milk, 2 toasts with marmite and butter.

14:30 - 2 stick horse meat with mustard, 1 margerine sandwich + apple juice.

16:30 - 1 stick horse meat, cereal with milk, chocolate, 1 vit.c and zinc tab + apple juice.

20:30 - Spaghetti carbonara, salmon, tomatoes, white wine + water.

Not a bad day but need to start eating more regularly. I should start drinking more water.

11:30 - 1 toast with marmite and margerine, 1 chocolate bar, apple juice + milk.

14:30 - 4 bacon sandwiches with margerine and ketchup, water + green tea.

18:00 - 1 chocolate bar, cereal with milk, 1 apple pastry + pineapple juice

01:45 - 2 pot noodles, water + apple juice.

22:30 - 2 pints of guinness.
