09:30 - 1 packet crisps, 1 roll with gurkens/ham/cheese, 2 choc bars, 1 banana + water.
14:30 - Chicken, rice,
peas, 1 choc bar, peanuts + water.
17:30 - 1 roll with gurkens/ham/cheese, 1 scon with marmalede + water.
21:30 - jelly, 2 eggs + water.
22:30 - 1 apple, 1 orange + whey with milk.
