11:00 - Oats with yoghurt + milk with whey.

12:30 - Pasta, prawns, mixed veg + water.

18:00 - Pizza, ice cream + water.

20:30 - Whey with milk.

22:45 - 1 orange, 1 pack of fig cakes, 1 mineral/vitamin tab, 2 toasts margerine/ham + water.

09:30 - 2 cheese sandwiches, 2 small cakes, 1 mini peperami, 1 apple + water.

14:30 - Pasta, prawns, mixed veg, packet of peanuts + water.

17:30 - Half chicken/mushroom pie + water.

19:30 - Whey with milk.

19:40 - Trained.

20:45 - Whey with milk.

14:30 - Potatoes, chicken, mixed veg, 1 banana + water.

17:30 - 2 tuna salad sandwcihes + water.

21:00 - Chicken soup + whey with milk.
