good stuff. once you get working out again dont worry about putting on weight. Weight is such a fluctuating thing you cant base results on it. worry about strength gains. Chocolate bars wont help you get stronger.

13:00 - Cheese and tomato pizza + apple juice.

15:30 - 1 choc bar + water.

19:30 - beef curry, rice, prawn crackers + water.

21:30 + - Lots of alcohol.

14:00 - 2 toasts with margerine and marmite, 2 beef sandwiches + water.

17:00 - 2 oranges, 1 banana, 1 choc bar, pack of jaffa cakes + apple juice.

20:30 - beef curry + milk.

22:30 - 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 packet crisps + 1 bun with choc + water.

21:30 - 2 pints of guinness.

23:30 - Noodles + water.

24:30 - 1 sausage roll + water.

Been eating badly recently. Decided to commence with this diet log once I am able to train again - when my weight set FINALLY arives.
From recording what i eat I have noted what i need to change in my diet and what aspects to improve on:

1) drink more water and more regularly.

2) eat more protein and complx carbs rather than junk food.

3) get up and out of bed in the mornings!

4) put more will power in - mind over matter.

Carrying on with the diet log once again since my weights arrived and have started training good once more.
Will try to my best ability to be persistant with my diet and strive to get better with what i do.



21/3/2006

06:15 - Whey with milk.

10:00 - 1 roll with pate and cheese, 1 packet crisps, 1 orange, 1 mini peperami, 2 small cakes + water.

14:30 - chicken, rice, 1 scotch egg + water.

17:30 - 1 roll with pate and cheese, 1 scotch egg, 1 apple + water.

19:30 - Weight gainer shake with milk + 1 banana.

19:40 - Trained

20:30 - Whey with milk.

22:00 - Chille con carne. potatoes, salad + water.
