That Squat is awesome brother, next week I expect over 300lbs for 6 solid reps, nothing less of you my friend. I love that drop set, hell as all of us know in here drop sets with Squats takes balls, great effort man. Lunges are damn good, SLDL are damn good as well man, you'll be feeling your hams tomorrow thats for sure. Them calve raises arent a joke either man, excellent session man, excellent.
Calves are good man, you shed more fat and those things will be shredded diamonds. It looks like you have small ankles too which will make them look that much more better. Looking good man, coming along nicely for sure.
