Hi everyone and thanks for checking out my training log.

Pauliepr: Yep, gotta big chest and back and they're getting bigger my friend. Eating the right things at the right time, training like an animal possessed and sleeping like a newborn are all helping me to achieve my Evolution. Current "cold" stats are: Weight: 228lbs; B/F: Not too sure but I reckon around 18-20%; Chest: 50"; Waist: 39" (fat git!!); Upper Arm: 17.5"; Neck: 17.5"; Calf: 17", Upper Thigh: 26". Althought these measurements aren't exactly brilliant, when put into context with the fact that I've lost nearly 40lbs of bodyfat since I first started and maintained these stats, it's not too bad.

q80/BB: Always a great pleasure to see you guys dropping by and leaving comments. It's partly thanks to reading your training logs that I get so fired up and keep hitting those P.B's. You guys are awesome.

Tweak/Peanut: Hell you two make me laugh with your comments! I love reading your posts all over the forum, guaranteed to pick me up! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for stopping by and taking an interest in some old Pom.

Trapmanjoe: Thanks for checking my log out man, hopefully it'll be as impressive as yours one day.

Legs today with Rocky. The poor guy suffered a bit today, he's still trying to shake that darn chest cold of his. Nail it next week Rocky!

Back Squat: 2 warm up sets then...
1 x 7 reps 135kg (297lbs) Not going to happy until I get a full 300lbs!!
1 x 8 reps 130kg (286lbs)
DROPSET
1 x 10 reps 110kg (242lbs) Felt real good.

Smith Lunges:
1 x 8 reps 50kg (110lbs)
1 x 8 reps 70kg (154lbs)

SLDL: 2 warm up sets then...
1 x 8 reps 130kg (286lbs) Loved that, another P.B
1 x 4 reps 135kg (297lbs) Grip went, but banging on the 300lbs.

Seated Incline Leg Press: 1 warm up set then...
1 x 11 reps 195kg (429lbs)
1 x 8 reps 205kg (451lbs) P.B (bottom of the stack now - boo!)
DROPSET
1 x 11 reps 160kg (352lbs) Could hardly walk when I got out the seat.

Leg Curl: 1 warm up set then...
2 x 8 reps 70kg (154lbs)

Calf Raises: 1 warm up set then...
1 x 20 reps 205kg (451lbs) P.B
1 x 15 reps 205kg (451lbs)
DROPSET
1 x 9 reps 160kg (352lbs)

Job done. P.S here's a piccy of my calves before the raises, whaddya think?

Well although my session was utter **** - the same can't be said for your herculean efforts - as is the case with every one of your workouts! Incredible work ethic which is why it is a pleasure to train with you - the first person who comes up to my fussy standard! :)
Inredible dedication and ability to boot! genetics to die for - once you shed that fat you'll look incredible! Next week seems too far away for our next sessions! :(

That Squat is awesome brother, next week I expect over 300lbs for 6 solid reps, nothing less of you my friend. I love that drop set, hell as all of us know in here drop sets with Squats takes balls, great effort man. Lunges are damn good, SLDL are damn good as well man, you'll be feeling your hams tomorrow thats for sure. Them calve raises arent a joke either man, excellent session man, excellent.

Calves are good man, you shed more fat and those things will be shredded diamonds. It looks like you have small ankles too which will make them look that much more better. Looking good man, coming along nicely for sure.

Next time you see Rocky punch him square in the chest, like POW! That will heal his cold, I swear.

oh my god. a tear rolled down my cheek for you when i read you drop setted squats. i can't imagine the pain....my deepest apologies for the loss of your quads strength because i know that **** went RIGHT out the window after that abuse.

Man I can hardly walk today. I ache like fook. Glutes, hams and quads are totally fried.

Can't wait till next Sunday when I can do it all over again...only HARDER!!!

As a result of yesterday's annihilation of my legs and my inability to walk, climb stairs or sit on my arse, I thought I'd take it easy with cardio...at least I was going to take it easy!!

Bike: 5 miles in 23mins 11s at level 6

Rowing Machine: 3,387m in 15mins

Bike: 5 miles in 23mins 51s at level 6

Rowing Machine: 1,093m in 5mins

Thanks to all who've stopped by and left comments, it's much, much appreciated and I'll be posting my arm and shoulder session tomorrow. Ciao.
