hey ur doin good EVO thats really great to hear that you can do your dips now for 8 reps by yourself wy to go man now you cans tart adding plates with rocky!! or rocky should just add u to his belt since hes doing so bloody much!!

First thing's first: Thanks for all the positive comments guys, this place is the best.

Okay, I haven't updated for a few days coz of the indulgent night of food and alcohol Rocky and I had at a work colleagues leaving party on friday and I've been a bit lazy this weekend, but I'm back in the sweet spot (no, not the wife's minge!!) and putting the hammer down.

Managed to do 3 giant sets of DB Military Press, Side Laterals and bent Over Laterals at the tiny gym in the hotel on friday, followed by some Seated Alt DB Curls, Concentration Curls, DB Tricep Ext and Tricep Pushdowns for arms...not too bad considering the equipment levels.

Slightly going to have to alter the routine now, what with Rocky learning how to falsely arrest people, tamper with evidence, take bribes etc. I can't wait to see him with his helmut on, it'll look like a giant bell on a stick!!!

I really should be going a bit lighter because of the problem I've had with my extensor muscles in my right arm, but I can't!! I have to go as hard and heavy as I possibly can and ignore all manner of pain. There is NO other way for me!!

Absolutely annhilated my shoulders and arms today, got a truely massive pump on my arms, gotta be getting close to 18".

Tuesday: Arms and Shoulders

DB Military Press: 2 warm up sets then...
1 x 9 reps 30kg
1 x 8 reps 32kg DROPSET 1 x 10 reps 22kg

DB Lateral Raises: 1 warm up set then...
1 x 8 reps 12.5kg DROPSET 1 x 8 reps 7.5kg
1 x 8 reps 15kg DROPSET 1 x 8 reps 7.5kg
1 x 8 reps 12.5kg DROPSET 1 x 8 reps 7.5kg

Cable Upright Row: 1 warm up set then...
2 x 8 reps 70kg P.B

Shoulders destroyed!

Standing Alt DB Curl: 2 warm up sets then...
1 x 8 reps 20kg
1 x 8 reps 20kg DROPSET 1 x 12 reps 12.5kg

Concentration Curls: 1 warm up set then...
1 x 8 reps 17.5kg
1 x 8 reps 17.5kg DROPSET 1 x 12 reps 10kg

Bicep Cable Curl:
1 x 8 reps 35kg
1 x 8 reps 40kg
1 x 8 reps 50kg P.B

Biceps Bombed! Jeeeez what a pump!

Dips:
3 x 8 reps bodyweight (approx 231lbs)
SUPERSETTING WITH
Tricep Pushdowns:
1 x 8 reps 62.5kg
1 x 8 reps 85kg P.B
1 x 15 reps 90kg P.B (was yelling my tits off for every fibre snapping rep!)

Triceps trashed to ****. Awesome session. I could hardly open my car door or turn the steering wheel of my car to drive home!!! Sorted.

Thanks q80. I promise I'll post some more pics as soon as I get the b/f down a bit. I'll be hitting the cardio big style and keeping a close eye on the diet, so hopefully I'll be able to show the world my progress in the near future.

Evo Im loving all the PBs youve been getting. Thats what I'm talking about man, keep striving for those progressions and you'll be ripped as Rocky. Your a strong fellow thats for sure, soon to pass me
