Okay, I haven't updated for a few days coz of the indulgent night of food and alcohol Rocky and I had at a work colleagues leaving party on friday and I've been a bit lazy this weekend, but I'm back in the sweet spot (no, not the wife's minge!!) and putting the hammer down.
Managed to do 3 giant sets of DB Military Press, Side Laterals and bent Over Laterals at the tiny gym in the hotel on friday, followed by some Seated Alt DB Curls, Concentration Curls, DB Tricep Ext and Tricep Pushdowns for arms...not too bad considering the equipment levels.
Slightly going to have to alter the routine now, what with Rocky learning how to falsely arrest people, tamper with evidence, take bribes etc. I can't wait to see him with his helmut on, it'll look like a giant bell on a stick!!!
I really should be going a bit lighter because of the problem I've had with my extensor muscles in my right arm, but I can't!! I have to go as hard and heavy as I possibly can and ignore all manner of pain. There is NO other way for me!!
