get them baby :) .. great session Evo .. gotta love front squat :) .. lol .. i would like to see both of u guys training together :).. keep them up Evo
Tough session to get through, but like I said, you got in there and you got some PB's - so think how you'll do when you're feeling better. Nothing to be ashamed of in there - still surpassed yourself having an off day. Job done. It'll be better next time.

Thanks for the moral support guys. I'm determined to put that session behind me and raise the game to another level. Gotta get focused because there's no Rocky to train with this week.
Good work man, congrats on the PB's. I have one quick questions, Rocky count's his weight in lbs put you count in Kilos, why is that. Just wondering. Keep up the good work!

I can answer that one - we do actually lift in kilos but when I first started my log everyone was doing lbs so I just convert and have kept doing it since!

Hypocrisy86 and Pauliepr - thanks for stopping by and commenting. Dunno why about the lbs v Kg thing, just a few numbers less to type!!! Rocky's right, all the weights we lift are in kilos. Rocky converts his to lbs to make his numbers look bigger!!
Ok, plain old cardio today and boy did I sweat!!
Upright bike: 7 miles in 32m 39s on level 6 P.B
Rowing machine: 3,366m in 15mins ( think that's close to a P.B, but I'll have to check)
Tread: 1mile walk on a 5.8% incline at 3.3mph in 18m 47s
No rest between exercises, just long enough to take on fluid.
Front Squats (out of the toilet this time!!) Two warm up sets then:
1 x 10 reps 60kg
1 x 8 reps 70kg
1 x 7 reps 80kg
Barbell Lunges: one warm up set then
1 x 8 reps 60kg I must say at this point I really felt like blowing chunks.
SLDL: one warm up set then
1 x 8 reps 100kg
1 x 8 reps 110kg P.B Really pleased with that. My deadlifts have suffered in the past with poor grip.
Leg Press: One warm up set then
1 x 8 reps 180kg
1 x 8 reps 185Kg P.B
Leg Curls: one warm up set then
2 x 8 reps 70kg
SUPERSETTING WITH Leg Ext:
2 x 8 reps 70kg
Calf Raises:
1 x 15 reps 185kg
1 x 13 reps 190kg P.B
A bit of a struggle today and I still feel like hurling.
i'm gonna use this leg workout for tomorrow...i need some variety! geez bro, your making some impressive strides! i just read through your entire log and i must say it was very inspirational. cheers
