OH my bad... cricket's been a'ight, we thrashed Sri Lanka, but we lost a series against Australia 2-1: was pretty close coz although we lost the first game, 2nd game Aus scored 320 an we ended up with 318! 3rd match Aus scored 323 and believe it or not the kiwis broke the world record by chasing that total down and winning! a'ight I'm gettin a bit carried away here...

Well, the log will have to be postponed!

I have either severly sprained the ligaments attaching my ulna to my carpal bones or I have fractured my carpals bones. Either way, I won't be lifting for a while. Check back soon for updates.

Wrist is feeling better each day. I go back to the doctor this Friday and find out exactly what is wrong. I have a feeling what caused it was one of my lifting straps being a little to loose on my wrist when I was doing an ungodly amount of weight (630 lbs.) on a shrug machine in my gym. I think the strap pulled down too hard for one set. And I know that there will be doubters about the weight, but whatever. I know that 14x45=630, so if all you're gonna do is bitch about how I'm lying about the weight don't post.
