I'm 19 and i've been going to Spectrum health clubs for about 2 years almost.
I gained at least 40lbs i dont want to get REAL huge, just gain a lil fat and muscle, to keep myself warm in cold, cold in warm :P. since i stay outside alot.

I've been switching my days, first two weeks are monday, wednesday, friday.
Then Sunday,Tuesday,thursday.

I add 5-20lbs depending on which excercize, every 2 weeks or more if i can do it of course..

I try not to get too much weight with the sets and reps i'm doing.

Well i will update this as most i can, i'm going to enjoy my freetime and listen to some music.

Thanks guys!, i dont go to the gym today but todays a cardio day.

I bought a 6$ bicycle at Goodwill, a 1978 Huffy in 98% condition!
3 speed gear box. 3rd speed is hard so i use that, i do interval training 1st speed for about 2-3 mins then 2nd and 3rd and then back down till i did 15mins at most.

I did cardio today for about 16mins, intensely enough to were i can handle
I live up a hill so on the way down i go as fast as humanly possible.

I pant and i can barely breathe once i get off the bike.

I think i will do two sessions of cardio a day, depending on how much free time i have, on weekends would be the best.

your routine looks really good now, still, you could make it better - just try doing one squat movement for now by substituting the other with a ham-specific exercise...

Ok :), On the leg curl machines, is the one leg curl machine better or the one where you use both legs at the same time?
