OK guys sorry i havent been on this Board in awhile, been having personal issues...


Well yesterday was legs and shoulders
Deep squats 10 sets of 10 105bs
Shoulder DB presses 4 sets
Shoulder side lats 4 sets
One legged leg press 10 sets of 10 per leg, 170 or 175lbs
