dunno, squats hurt my upper back alot so i do lower weight
But i can do 300lb hacksquats with 2 sets of 10-12

BB shrugs 205lbs 2 sets of 10
Chins with lat pull down close grip 160lbs 2 sets 10,6
Side lateral raise with machine 40lbs 2 sets of 10 (i try to keep form up)
Calf sitting raises 150lbs 2 sets of 10
Leg press 650lbs 2 sets of 10
hack squat 300lbs 2 sets 10
bench press 140lbs 4 sets of 6-8 (all bout form babi)i kinda curl my wrist a TID on the slow way down)
Incline DB press 40-50lbs 4 sets of 10

Nice work Hypo. Absolutely brilliant work on those hacks for 10 reps man. We had a Hack/Leg Press Sledge in our gym but it was taken out when the gym was refurbed back in Feb. I was gutted because I'd just started to use it for Hacks and was really enjoying them. Great session all round mate.

Thanks Evo. that sucks,. though about removing the hack sled. :(
its much more easier on my knees than regular squats..

For one thing, i feel more of a pump doing hack squats than the regular ones, probably 'cus of the lesser weight i used on regular... i kept getting paranoid like the weight was gonna drop on my toes :O

Really do have superb lower body strength. Not saying that your upper body is weak just that your lower is particularly strong which is great! :)

those hack squats are great man, especially for the amount of reps your performing on that movement. Your leg press is also getting up there, I still want to see over 800lbs for 10 reps though, pooping yourself or not, I want to see it soon. Your bench press will increase gradually man, keep sticking to it and soon your bench will match your excellent leg strength.

I got my valeo ocelot gloves today
they fit perfect, im wearing them right now lol so i can get used to it

today was chest, calves, back,

warmup, 25min cardio

chest
Flatt bench 4 sets of 6 160lbs
inclinde DB press 3 sets from 20 to 40lbs with 3 sets of 6 with 40s (i do a dif form with DBs, hard to explain, people look at me oddly)
Calves, sitting calve press 185lbs with 4 sets of 4
back
BB shrugs first set warm up no weight on bar
second full out 255lbs set of 4
4 sets of 4 with 205lbs
chins close grip and close reverse grip
On lat pull down
5 sets of 10 with 100lbs
