Calves, sitting calve press 185lbs with 4 sets of 4
back
BB shrugs first set warm up no weight on bar
second full out 255lbs set of 4
4 sets of 4 with 205lbs
chins close grip and close reverse grip
On lat pull down
5 sets of 10 with 100lbs |
