Ab standing rope crucnh (this is session two)
150lbs with 2 sets of 10
Calf seating raises
120lbs 2 sets of 10
Calf Db raises
from 15lbs to 30
12 reps each
Incline BB bench sucks..
125lb with 3 sets, first is 10, second 7 third 7
DB one handed chest press
from 15lbs to 50lbs, 5lb incrememnts
10reps each per hand.
Dips sucky as well
40lbs with gravitron 2 sets 10 and then 5
