ok leg press is now 650lbs with 4 sets of 8.. .amazing isnt it?
And the odd thing is i only take like one min breaks inbetween sets, is that bad? if so what should be the limit?

awesome that your leg press is improving, make them legs grow baby! you'll hit that goal of 1000lbs in no time! 1 minute rest inbetween, thats intense man. Especially with that weight, great job for sure brother!

I try to make the weight go up as fast as possible
But i need some knee wraps...
My knees keep going inwards kinda... im afraid they'll snap or som'n.. :S

^Try having your feet closer together then - which should keep your legs in a straighter plane - mine would do the same otherwise!

This screams "muscle imbalance" and "future injury". Back off and fix the form, concentrate on pushing the knees out. I believe (from memory) that this is both lack of hip strength and lateralis strength.

edit; Just read your program and your leg day. You have the front squat and leg press, but nothing that really works the hips. You may want to do deadlifts, cleans, or regular back squats (deep). I'd say that you do lack some strength in parts of your thigh with the difference in weight used for leg press and front squats.

Oh that might be it, i used to do deadlifts but i dont anymore. i'll implement that in my routine.

Great leg pressing. It's exhausting ripping the legs so a minutes rest between sets is great going.

lol i feel ya bro, it sucks walking the next day, it doesnt hurt my legs but i feel the burn hardcore.

And when i do that lil flexy thing with the quads were you shake it and then flex it feels wicked.!

leg press was 775lbs with my 5 rep 85-90% HST form.
I coulda pumped out 8 but i'd be growling like a bear lol
