Ok i pulled a muscle i think either that or its extremely sore

My lower back, is fucking pained out.
I cant bend over at all.
I think its either cus of the SLDL's or the hyper extensions, i didnt use any weight with those
Only the SLDLs of course..

I bought an icy-hot pack type thing that works pretty well, and i needed to takea week off from the gym anyway, since i forgot to after 4 weeks!.

ok i gotta 2nd and a half degree burn from the hot pack :S

On my back it looks greyish and black like coal kinda.

But on the other-whoo im going back to the gym tomorrow, i used 3 different types of icy-hot packs, i used my moms painkillers (dont worry nothing potentionally strong) it was from her surgery she cant use high Milligram types like 100mg plus really.

Tomorrow will be a new day for me.

LOL, you do some funny things man! anywayz it doesn't sound to me like it's a back injury, if anything it's because it's the first time you've really hit your lower back and so it's gonna be stiff and sore for a couple of days. If I were you though I'd stay away from any exercises that place too much strain on your lower back though because your lower back muscles (which are now recovering) won't be able to keep away much strain from your actual lower spinal area
