I am 42 and have been training my son for the past 2 month and I have been training for the past 30 years .Been through 2 torn pecs a disc gone and misc. injurys its tough getting old.
Best lifts
Squat 660 for 4 and 700 for a double!
Bench Press 500
Deadlift 650 for 2!
those are some pretty heavy weights you're throwing around an seems like you've got some good amount of experience and knowledge to show around here too...
EDIT: I wish my dad could bench 500

Today was a crazy work-out felt like training at a new gym because the gym just got all new Hammer Strength about 30 machines.Take about a week to feel at home. Also getting my son started at deadlifts 15 years old first time out pulled an eazy 295 I was FIRED-UP!
