Here is my routinre just started this week- my trainer loves this routine-
kicks my butt, but stay at the 1 minute intervals for unbelievable burn

Getting there- Stronger everday

Yesterday: 2-6-2006
Shoulders: 1 minute rest between sets
Dumbell Press: 50'sx12x1
60'sx10x1
70'sx10x
Drop Set 70'sx8x1/ 35'sx8x1 (Killer set)

Side Delt Raise Machine: 40x10x1
50x10x1
60x10x1

Behind Neck Barbell Press: 95x10x1
115x10x2
Drop Set 115x8x1/95x6x1/barx6x1

Today: 2-7-2006
Back and Bi's: 1 minute Rest between sets
Assisted Chins (to weak to pull my own 240lbs)
15x2
10x2

Lat Pull Downs (front) 105x12x1
120x10x1
135x10x1

Bent over cable rows 100x10x1
150x10x1
190x10x1 (ouch)

Standing EZ Bar Curls (back against wall)
45x10x1
65x10x2
85x6x1
Curl Machine
50x10x2
60x10x2
Concentration curls
20x10x1
25x10x1
35x8x1

yeah man 60 sec rest between sets can burn like hell! nice couple of sessions btw....keep it up

I've never done Chest and Tri's with only a 1 minute rest between sets...
until today

Incline Barbrbell Chest:135x10x1
185x10x1
205x8x1
185x8x1

Flat Bench Barbell Press: 135x10x1
185x10x1
225x8x1
185x8x1/135x10x1 Drop Set

Decline Dumbell Press: 50'sx10x1
70'sx10x1
80'sx8x1
80'sx6x1/45'sx8x1 Drop Set
Triceps:

Cable Pressdown with V-Bar- 80x12x1
120x10x1
160x8x1
190x6x1/140x8x1 (Drop Set)

Skullcrusher machine- 40x12x3

Still cant feel my Tri's- Damn that 1 minute interval

nice session man! pushin around a descent amount of weight considering the short rest, an that's pretty kool that you actually have a skull crusher machine!
