thanks guys. yeah i'm sore all over today =). my biceps, lats, lower back, and chest haven't felt like this in a long time. i'm stoked. i'm following this great workout program i got off t-nation.com. i don't even remeber the last time i got sore biceps, much less sore biceps from a back day! my biceps have resisted growth the most out of any other of my muscles.

Glad you feel it good in your bi's. I know you have trouble with them so that's good to hear you've got something that works! Keep it up man.

rubbish leg workout tonight....i had milk like 50 mins prior to working out and i think thats what screwed me. i won't even bother to post the workout because honestly, it looks embarrasing. the only thing i got from it was when i DLed 215 for 5 reps 5 sets supered with 60 lbs DB squats. i didn't even hit failure though...not for the whole workout.

anyone know any subs for step ups, natural glute-ham raise, and 1 leg DL?

arms tonight. same rules- super sets, 5 reps 5 sets and 120 second rests. 201/602 tempos.

barbell curl- 100 lbs & db curl w/ 35's lbs.

preacher curl- 80 lbs & DB hammer curls w/ 35's

weighted dips (25 lbs added)& DB decline tricep extensions w/ 30's.
-note- i didn't hit failure on the dips....i got stronger! 2 weeks ago that would have made me hit failure.

and a mess around set of single arm cable tricep pressdowns- 70 lbs. 6 reps.

Nice supersets, and that BB curl weight is creeping up. Congrats on the dip improvements too!
