This is what I done today, after the accident, had to make a few adjustments because of the toe.

Legs

Angled Leg Press – 15,12,10,10. Weight - 170,200,220,250 (kgs)
Leg Extension – 3 x 10 Weight - 50 (maxed)
Got an extra 2 reps on press, so I'll probable go up in weight next week. Couldn't do lunges because of toe, so I done leg extension instead.

Lower Back

Hyperextensions – 15,12,10,8. Weight - body, 20,20,50 (lbs)
No deadlifts this week, don't want to irritate the shoulder. These where great though. I flexed my glutes while I was coming up and it really worked the lower back.

Bicep/Tricep

Super Sets

Barbell Curls - 3 x 15 (15,15,11) Weight - 40lbs
Pushdowns – 3 x 15 Weight - 40
These where hard but good.

Preacher Curl – 3 x 15 Weight - 5
Overhead Dumbbell Extension – 3 x 15 (last set on right failed on 12) Weight - 15 (lbs)
Again, hard.

No abs today, only done them 2 days ago because of not being able to workout monday and tuesday.

Overall, it was actually a pretty good workout considering what just happened, done in around 50 - 60 minutes.

lookin good chesticles. Congrats on the two extra reps on leg press, improvements are improvements brother! Hope your toe, lol...recovers quickly. Just dont stub your damn toe, that shit hurts even when theres nothing wrong with the toe lol.

Thanks Tweak, I was really pleased with the leg press numbers. But anyway, today was legs and shoulders.

Legs
Leg Extension - 4 x 15 Weight - 35 (Increase!)
Flat Leg Press - 3 x 15 Weight - 138kg (Increase!)
Leg Curl – 4 x 15 Weight - 7 plates
Standing Calf Raises (Coleman Style) – 4 x 15 – 25 (25,25,25,25.) Weight - 54 (kgs)

Leg workout was great, legs where really pumped at the end of it. knee was slightly irritated on the calf raises, I think it was because I accidently locked out on one of my last reps on leg press, so if it's still gettting irritated next week I'll switch to seated.

Shoulders
Tri Set
Barbell Front Raises - 3 x 12 Weight - 45
Wide Grip Barbell Upright Rows - 3 x 12 Weight - 45
Seated Dumbell Rear Raises - 3 x 12 Weight - 30lbs

On last set on the rear raises, I failed on 9 waited 10 seconds and got the last 3. My form wasn't the best on the last set of rears though.

Abs
Crunches On Ball 3 x 15 – 25 (20,15,15,)
Leg Raises 3 x 15 – 25 (15,15,15.)
Standing Twists 4 x 15 – 25 (25,25,25,25.)

I'm only going to do 3 x 15 on crunches and leg raises from now on. I feel 4 x 15-25 is to much, because my abs are still sore on a friday from doing them on a monday, so I think lowering the numbers a bit will be better.

Overall, it was great, done in around 1 hour and 5 mins. Legs and shoulders where pumped, I failed on the last set of the tri set because my shoulders where so pumped I couldn't move them.

On a side note, sorry for not posting in yall logs for the past few days, I've had some personal problems lately, and it was hard enough just to post in mine, but I'm back now baby!

Looks like your personal problems aren't affecting your lifts. Great session with all the increases. Hope your injuries recover quick and hope you get your personal things all under control too! Take care buddy.

careful with them knees bro! hurst just thinking about doing that. Awesome that you increased on so many exercises, great job bro. Glad to hear your back from the personal problems and I wish you the best.

btw, how do you like the BB Front raises, I've never done those. They any good?

Yeah there not bad, its just hard keeping your arms straight after awhile, but I guess it would be with db to.

Just returned from the gym, cardio day today.

CARDIO
10 mins on exercise bike.
20 mins boxing. 1 min on 30 secs off for 20 mins.
10 mins on eliptical.

Good cardio session, sweated it up on the eliptical. Post workout meal was a shake with 2 scoops of aussie bodies perfect protein, 1 egg, honey and water. (I only put a tiny bit of milk in for flavour)

Had my first drive since the accident today to, it went well, I was nervous as hell though lol.

well done with the increases in leg press and the extensions... i bet ur shouldrs had a real nice pump with the tri-set... all done in 65 mins is good intensity!
