Leg Extension - 4 x 15 Weight - 35 (Increase!)
Flat Leg Press - 3 x 15 Weight - 138kg (Increase!)
Leg Curl – 4 x 15 Weight - 7 plates
Standing Calf Raises (Coleman Style) – 4 x 15 – 25 (25,25,25,25.) Weight - 54 (kgs)
Leg workout was great, legs where really pumped at the end of it. knee was slightly irritated on the calf raises, I think it was because I accidently locked out on one of my last reps on leg press, so if it's still gettting irritated next week I'll switch to seated. Shoulders Tri Set
Barbell Front Raises - 3 x 12 Weight - 45
Wide Grip Barbell Upright Rows - 3 x 12 Weight - 45
Seated Dumbell Rear Raises - 3 x 12 Weight - 30lbs
On last set on the rear raises, I failed on 9 waited 10 seconds and got the last 3. My form wasn't the best on the last set of rears though. Abs
Crunches On Ball 3 x 15 – 25 (20,15,15,)
Leg Raises 3 x 15 – 25 (15,15,15.)
Standing Twists 4 x 15 – 25 (25,25,25,25.)
I'm only going to do 3 x 15 on crunches and leg raises from now on. I feel 4 x 15-25 is to much, because my abs are still sore on a friday from doing them on a monday, so I think lowering the numbers a bit will be better.
Overall, it was great, done in around 1 hour and 5 mins. Legs and shoulders where pumped, I failed on the last set of the tri set because my shoulders where so pumped I couldn't move them.
On a side note, sorry for not posting in yall logs for the past few days, I've had some personal problems lately, and it was hard enough just to post in mine, but I'm back now baby!
