Really felt it in the hammys today, which was great. Barbell Walking Lunges - 2 x 30. Weight - 85.
I finally figured out why my knee was getting sore doing this, I was going out to far and not going down far enough, so I shortened it and went down as far as I could, you gotta love the pain lol. Seated Calf Raises - 20,20,20. Weight - 49 (kgs)
Done these Coleman style this week (double bouncing at the top) it burned so much! It was actually burning from my calfs all the way down into my ankles, I hope that's a good thing lol. Crunches - 3 x failure (25,14,12).
Had to do the crunches on the floor this week as there was an aerobic class on and I couldn't go and get the ball, still felt the burn though. CARDIO
10 mins on eliptical on level 4(made alot of difference)
20 mins on exercise bike (going to not do this for more then 5 mins anymore as it makes my knee ache a bit)
Overall, a very good workout, done in around 35 - 40 mins. I was very happy with this workout, as I needed a really good one because of how shitty my one was yesterday, lol and I KILLED this session.
