HEAVY LOWER BODY
5 mins on exercise bike to warm up.
Barbell Squats 4,4,4,4,4,4. Weight - 116,98,98,98,98,98. (kgs)
Yeah I didn't feel comfortable doing any heavier then 98 without a spot, I don't know why, but I just concentrated alot on form with squats which was good.
Front Squats 8,8,8. Weight - 60(kgs)
Didn't do racks today didn't think the shoulder was up to it so I just done some front squats and kept the weight the same.
Barbell Stiff-legged Deadlifts 6,6,6 Weight - 130 (lbs)
Hammys are getting more flexible, so I may go up in weight next week as my form was good.
Leg Press Calf Raises 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 250 (kgs)
These where good, only took a 10 second break between sets which I think worked well.
Hanging Leg Raises 8,8,8.
As usual, no complaints.
CARDIO
20 mins on exercise bike on hardest course.
Overall, an ok session, actually better then most of my heavy leg days so I'm happy.
