LIGHT LOWER BODY

5 minutes on exercise bike to warm up.

Leg Press - 20,20,20. Weight - 170kgs.
Last set held it on 13 for a few secs then did the same on 17 then got to 20, so it was an improvement on last week. Quads where killing after this to.

Lying Leg Curls - 20,20,20. Weight - 7 Plates.
Got 20 out on every set today without stopping! I was impressed lol.

Barbell Walking Lunges - 2 x 30. Weight - 85.
Weight increase! These killed.

Seated Calf Raises - 20,20,20. Weight - 60kgs.
Just got the last set, I was struggling.

Crunches - 3 x failure (90,90,90).
Increased on crunches! abs where burning after, so I liked it.

CARDIO
2km on eliptical
10 mins on treadmill
10 mins on exercise bike

Overall, another good session. Done in about 35 mins not including cardio. Considering it was about 35 degrees celcius here today I was very impressed with today's workout. And it's supposed to be autumn here!

LIGHT UPPER BODY

Incline Barbell Press 15,15,15. Weight - 25kgs (Not including Bar)
DB Rows - 15,15,15. Weight - 50lbs.
Got 15 on the inclines! Was impressed. Will go up next week on DB to.

DB Laterial Raise - 15,15,15. Weight - 25lbs
Pulldowns - 15,15,15. Weight - 9 plates
These where good, The pain in my neck wasn't as bad today but it was still there unforunately.

Preacher Curls - 15,15. Weight - 8 plates
OH DB Extension - 15,15. Weight - 20lbs.
Got to 12 on last set of preachers which was good, and finally got 15 on both sets of OH DB! I did get a bit of a pain in the left shoulder doing these though.

Overall, a decent workout, done in around 40 mins. nothin to complain about :)

HEAVY LOWER BODY

5 mins on exercise bike to warm up.

Barbell Squats 4,4,4,4,4,4. Weight - 116,98,98,98,98,98. (kgs)
Yeah I didn't feel comfortable doing any heavier then 98 without a spot, I don't know why, but I just concentrated alot on form with squats which was good.

Front Squats 8,8,8. Weight - 60(kgs)
Didn't do racks today didn't think the shoulder was up to it so I just done some front squats and kept the weight the same.

Barbell Stiff-legged Deadlifts 6,6,6 Weight - 130 (lbs)
Hammys are getting more flexible, so I may go up in weight next week as my form was good.

Leg Press Calf Raises 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 250 (kgs)
These where good, only took a 10 second break between sets which I think worked well.

Hanging Leg Raises 8,8,8.
As usual, no complaints.

CARDIO
20 mins on exercise bike on hardest course.

Overall, an ok session, actually better then most of my heavy leg days so I'm happy.
