hey guys, today was heavy upper body.
Barbell Bench Press - 3,3,3,3,3,3. Weight - 80 kgs.
T - Bar Row - 3,3,3,3,3,3. Weight - 150lbs.
Weight increases on the t bar, I'm going to drop back on both of them though maybe, had a feeling the spotter was doing to much on bench and form wasn't the best on the t bar.
Dumbell Shoulder Press - 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 55lbs
Pulldowns - 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 14 plates
Weight increase! these where pretty good.
Skull Crushers - 5,5,5. Weight - 60lbs
Barbell Curls - 5,5,5. Weight - 70lbs
dropped back on weight on the skulls, wanted better form, not much difference though, might go up next week on the curls.
CARDIO
15 on bike
10 on treadmill
5 on lazy bike
Overall it was ok, not as pumped as I normally am but still a pump none the less, the walk on the tready built up a sweat to.
