hey guys, today was light upper body.

Incline Barbell Press 15,15,15. Weight - 20kgs (Not including Bar)
DB Rows - 15,15,15. Weight - 50lbs.
Dropped back to 20 on the inclines so I could get 15 out but it was still majorly hard.

DB Laterial Raise - 15,15,15. Weight - 25lbs
Pulldowns - 15,15,15. Weight - 3 plates
Weight increase on the raises! I used a different pulldown machine this week so that's why I went from 9 to 3 plates lol. actually had to drop from 4 to 3 plates on the 2nd set but still effective.

Preacher Curls - 15,15. Weight - 6 plates
OH DB Extension - 15,15. Weight - 15lbs.
Weight increase on the extensions! may even go up again next week, on the preachers to.

CARDIO
2 kms on the eliptical
10 mins on the bike
10 mins on a different bike, whidh I call the easy bike.

Overall a solid workout, completed in around 30 mins to. arms where very pumped and felt pretty good after it. Keepin a log was a great idea to, it helps heaps! Props to rocky for that one!

HEAVY LOWER BODY

Barbell Squats 4,4,4,4,4,4. Weight - 98 (kgs)

Rack Deadlifts 8,6,4,2 Weight - 80, 120,160,178. (kgs)

Dumbbell Stiff-legged Deadlifts 6,6,6 Weight - 170 (lbs)

Standing Calf Raises 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 116 (kgs)

Hanging Leg Raises 8,8,8.

Ok ain't sayin much today, shit workout hurt myself twice. first time got this hot pain on my lower arm but it went away after about 2 mins and I've also redone the microtear in my shoulder, but I'm pretty sure it's worse.

hey guys, today was heavy upper body.

Barbell Bench Press - 3,3,3,3,3,3. Weight - 80 kgs.
T - Bar Row - 3,3,3,3,3,3. Weight - 150lbs.
Weight increases on the t bar, I'm going to drop back on both of them though maybe, had a feeling the spotter was doing to much on bench and form wasn't the best on the t bar.

Dumbell Shoulder Press - 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 55lbs
Pulldowns - 5,5,5,5,5. Weight - 14 plates
Weight increase! these where pretty good.

Skull Crushers - 5,5,5. Weight - 60lbs
Barbell Curls - 5,5,5. Weight - 70lbs
dropped back on weight on the skulls, wanted better form, not much difference though, might go up next week on the curls.

CARDIO
15 on bike
10 on treadmill
5 on lazy bike

Overall it was ok, not as pumped as I normally am but still a pump none the less, the walk on the tready built up a sweat to.
